rocks page improvements

- add note about the general philosophy of software on the rocks page.
- sort some more entries where it makes sense.
- merge "file browsers" and "file managers" sections.
- more puncutation and typo fixes.
- add Zeitungsschau (RSS to e-mail).
- put "gopher clients" not below the daemons section.
- add more descriptions.
- remove suckless dmc link/project.
